Bhagmal (appellant No.4), late Smt. Kamlesh (appellant No.6), are allowed, subject to all the just exceptions. CMs stand disposed of.

RFA-885-2022(O&M) and -2other connected cases Main These appeals have been filed by the landowners. In the grounds of appeal, they have pointed out that the Supreme while deciding CA-16197-2017, decided on 04.10.2017, has assessed the market value of the acquired land at the rate of Rs.34,00,000/- per acre along with all statutory benefits.

The learned counsel representing the respondents admit that the notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and the award passed by the Land Acquisition Collector is common in these appeals as well as in CA-16197-2017.

Hence, these appeals are allowed. The appellants are held entitled to the market value at the rate of Rs.34,00,000/- per acre along with all statutory benefits.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
