Parkash Masih and another .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Sunil Agnihotri,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Complainant has invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of the appellate order dated 27.8.2014(P-4) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana whereby the matter was remanded back to the trial court for deciding the application of the complainant/daughter-in-law under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005 afresh in accordance with law.

It is not in dispute that since last 11⁄2 years the petitioner has acquiesced in the proceedings of remand before the trial court. After arguing for sometime,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
