**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that prosecutrix is a mature, grown up and married woman. She has not got divorced from her husband. She is in habit of lodging FIR against different persons with intent to mint money. She lodged FIR No.195 of 2017 under Sections 376 and 419 registered at Police Station Women Alwar, Rajasthan, FIR No.510 dated 03.08.2015 under Section 376 registered at Police Station Tizara and FIR No.121 dated 15.03.2014 under Sections 376D and 323 registered at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari. She time to time had made allegations against police officials as well as Government Pleader with intent to succeed her in evil designs. The petitioner and prosecutrix had entered into live-in relationship agreement. Notice of motion.
