This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 196 dated 15.12.2016 under sections 420, 465, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated March 24, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated March 24, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
