Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 33 dated 22.03.2006, registered under Sections 307, 395-A, 452, 120-B, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 257 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in the instant case investigation has been completed and challan report Section 173 Cr.P.C., has already been presented before the trial Court on 06.11.2020. In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
