The petitioner has come up before this Court seeking quashing of above captioned FIR on merits.

A co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 29.04.2022 passed in connected matter bearing CRM-M No. 2219 of 2017 and connected matters, dismissed the quashing petitions on merits of similarly placed co-accused. Given above, this Court cannot take a contrary view and the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
