In terms of the order dated July 02, 2015 passed by this court to enable the statement of parties to be recorded before the trial court that parties have effected an amicable settlement between themselves and the disputes have been put to an end by compromise. The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jhajjar has submitted his report disclosing that statement of parties have been duly recorded in the presence of the learned counsel and the suit of the plaintiff has been dismissed thereupon.

In the light of the statement made before the trial court, this appeal is allowed and the judgments and decrees of the courts below are set aside in terms of the compromise. This puts an end to the dispute. The report received from the trial court is made part of this record.
