***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.15 dated 09.03.2015, under Sections 379 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Singh Bhagwantpur, District Rupnagar (Ropar). Heard.

In the present case, petitioner was granted interim bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 20.10.2015. However, despite the said order, petitioner had failed to join the investigation. In these circumstances, the anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was rightly rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Hence, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made out. Dismissed.
