**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 106 dated 11.7.2015, registered under Sections 324, 323, 498-A, 406, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Doraha, District Khanna.
Some gold articles have been returned.
Counsel for the complainant states that a gold set and one ring have not been returned.
Petitioner is the father-in-law. The husband is abroad. Counsel for the petitioner states that whatever was available with them had been returned. He further states that pursuant to the order dated 4.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2016.12.09 14:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
There is a dispute regarding the articles, the complainant will have to prove it at the trial.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 4.12.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
