SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution for grant of extension of parole for one month w.e.f 09.04.2025. The petitioner is stated to be already on parole till 09.04.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall surrender in time. However, he prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one in accordance with law.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. In the meantime, petitioner is directed to surrender before the Jail Authorities on or before 09.04.2025 by 5.00 p.m. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 08.04.2025 manoj
