As per allegations, from the possession of the petitioner 450 grams of Heroin was recovered and from his co-accused namely Sagar Sharma @ Chopra also 550 grams of Heroin was recovered (total 1 Kg), while both of them were travelling together in car bearing No. PB 06 AV 8391. The petitioner is inside jail for the last 01 year and 02 months.
