The income proof of respondent-wife (online RTI appeal with Annual Tax Statement of Financial Year 2022-23) is taken on record as Annexure P-3.

Main Case This is a revision petition against order dated 22.03.2022 passed by the Family Court granting interim maintenance of ` 16,500 per month to the respondent-wife.

By referring to the Annual Tax Statement for the Financial Year 2022-23, placed on record as Annexure P-3, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the respondent-wife is actually working with MGR Education Society, but this fact was concealed by her from the Family Court AVIN KUMAR 2023.03.03 19:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRR(F) No.461 of 2022 at the time interim maintenance was granted. He fairly submits that only recently the petitioner could access Annual Tax Statement of the respondentwife, and therefore, the same could not be placed before the Family Court at the time of passing of the order granting interim maintenance. In view of the facts aforestated, the petitioner is granted an opportunity to move an appropriate application, if so advised, before the Family Court seeking modification of the order granting interim maintenance to the respondent-wife, dated 22.03.2022. In case such an application is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the Family Court on its own merits. Disposed of accordingly.
