CR-2551-2024 -209.04.2019 titled as 'Gurdial Singh vs. Hira Singh & Ors.' and CS No.287 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018 titled as 'Manjit Singh vs. Hira Singh & Ors.'. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that he has no objection if all the civil suits are consolidated. 3.

In view thereof, all the three above-captioned revision petitions are allowed and the civil suits being CS No.530 of 2019 dated 08.04.2019 titled as 'Gurdial Singh vs. Hira Singh & Ors.', CS No.531 of 2019 dated 09.04.2019 titled as 'Gurdial Singh vs. Hira Singh & Ors.' and CS No.287 of 2018 dated 23.02.2018 titled as 'Manjit Singh vs. Hira Singh & Ors.' be consolidated so that they are tried and decided together by the same Court. 4.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
