(Oral) The allegation of the petitioner in the present case is that she has been implicated in a case on the ground that her car was being used for smuggling of narcotics but actually the colour and number of the car in the police report are different from the car of the petitioner though the make is the same. For this she has addressed a representation (Annexure P-7) to respondent No.2. Learned counsel states that at this stage he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 is directed to consider that representation and pass an order thereon. I find this to be a fair request.

Resultantly this petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation (Annexure P-7) and pass an order thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc. Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
