*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition but a direction be given to the trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously. As per reply filed by the State counsel the next date of hearing fixed in this case before the trial Court is 22.3.2021 for framing of charge.

Under the circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments. The adjournment, if any is to be granted for justifiable reasons only which are to be recorded in the interim order. The State shall ensure the appearance of the PWs summoned for particular date in the trial Court.
