RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J Present petition has been filed for quashing FIR No.11 dated 23.01.2023 under Sections 304-A,279,337,338,427 IPC registered at P.S Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural as well as subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail any other alternative remedy available to the petitioners as per law.

Allowed, to do so.
