After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioners to file a revision under Section 397 Cr.PC before the Court of Sessions.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 09.12.2015.
