Mr. Navjot Singh, Advocate for the complainant. *** Since the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the complainant as a result of mediation, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not oppose the request of petitioner for grant of pre arrest bail. Further, State counsel submits that in view of the compromise, the petitioner is not required by the local police for further investigation.

It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 5.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
