Rajan Gupta, J. (oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. He, however, submits that personal appearance of the petitioners, who are 70 years old, may be exempted during pendency of trial. Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case, any application is moved by the petitioners for exemption from their personal appearance, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. The trial Court may exempt their personal appearance during the trial, except on the dates it is necessary.
