******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vipin Kumar submits that in case bearing FIR No. 528 dated 28.05.2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and 25 of Arms Act, petitioner and other accused have been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 04.06.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in case bearing FIR No. 528 (Supra). After decision of that case by the trial Court, the grievance as put forth in the petition, no more survives.

The other relief sought by the petitioner is for direction to Superintendent of Police, Hisar to protect his life and liberty. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Superintendent of Police, Hisar on filing representation about her apprehension of danger to his life and liberty. On filing of such representation, Superintendent of Police, Hisar will verify the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
