The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.0046 dated 30.07.2019 registered under Sections 302, 452, 201, 460, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sarai Amanat Khan, District Tarn Taran.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition before the trial Court after the statement of the complainant is recorded.
