Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.107 dated 3.3.2021 registered at Police Station Division No.5, District Ludhiana under Sections 323, 341, 379-B and 34 of Indian Penal PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.07.06 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
