Petitioners accused have been charged under the provisions of Essential Commodities Act as well.

On the previous date counsel had sought time to cite case law regarding maintainability of such a petition. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner is not prepared and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
