$-& Not only the statutory alternative remedy of a second appeal under Clause 14 of the Punjab Policy for Transportation of Food Grains 2019-20 is available, but the same has also been availed by the petitioner by filing an appeal which is pending.

Mr. Shireesh Gupta, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab on the basis of the instructions states that 01.05.2019 is the date fixed for disposal of the appeal.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition by directing the Appellate Authority to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner, if possible, by tomorrow itself after notice and opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders and if for any unforeseen circumstances it is not possible to finally adjudicate the same by tomorrow, then not later than by 03.05.2019 under any circumstances.
