RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks quashing of the complaint (Annexure P-1), summoning order (Annexure P-2) and the order dated 11.10.2012 (Annexure P-3), whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed person. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 30.8.2014 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned trial court discharging the petitioner, the impugned complaint and the summoning order would not stand against the petitioner. However, he is facing the impugned order (Annexure P-3), whereby he was declared proclaimed person. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case the learned trial court is directed to admit the petitioner to bail on his surrender in compliance of the impugned order dated 11.10.2012 (Annexure P-3).

Crl. Misc.No.M-40376 of 2015 the order dated 30.8.2014 (Annexure P-4), whereby the petitioner was discharged by the learned trial court, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to admit the petitioner to bail on his surrender before it in compliance of the order dated 11.10.2012 (Annexure P-3). With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
