(ORAL) In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of a direction to the police to register a criminal case against the accused, who have tempered with the revenue record, the details of which have been given in the body of the petition and thereafter, conduct an impartial and proper investigation into the said allegations. After notice of motion, a reply by way of affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4-State of Haryana, wherein, it has been mentioned that an FIR No.339 dated 27.07.2021, under Sections

-2420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula has been registered and the investigation into the said FIR is already undergoing. In the reply submitted by respondents No.1 to 4, it has been further mentioned that for complete investigation, certain information is required from the Estate Officer, HUDA, Sector 6, Panchkula with regard to the relevant plot No.213-A, Sector 4, Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula, for which, a letter has also been written on 06.08.2021 and as the record is not made available to the Investigating Agency, further investigation could not be undertaken on a pace as required. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.5 to 7 submits that the photocopies of the record being sought by the Investigating Agency, vide letter dated 06.08.

2021, will be handed over to the Investigating Agency within a period of two weeks from today. Learned counsel for respondents No.5 to 7 further submits that in case any original record is also needed for the purpose of investigation, the same will also be provided to the Investigating Agency without any delay. Keeping in view the said fact, learned State counsel submits that the investigation into the allegations, for which an FIR No.339 dated 27.07.2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula has been registered, will be completed within a period of three months and appropriate report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be submitted before the Competent Court of Law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.

-3as raised in the present petition stands redressed as of now and therefore, the petitioner does not want to press this petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such.
