Anticipatory bail allowed to the petitioner vide order dated 22.11.2017 was made absolute vide order dated 13.12.2017. However, the petitioner was directed to appear to await further order with respect to amount of `55 lakhs deposited in this case. The amount of `55 lakhs was ordered to be transferred to DRT, Delhi vide order dated 28.03.2018. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that OA No.653/2014/SA No.256/2014is pending before DRT-3, Delhi, where above amount has been sent.
