Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Arun Kumar has informed the Court that in the representation made by the petitioner, he has given statement on 26.09.2015 that he does not want to pursue the representation and want to pursue the same at Hoshiarpur.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
