Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 11 and their family members.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned official respondent to look into the representation dated 20.06.2021 (Annexure P-5).
