The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 18.11.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division)-cum-Rent Controller, Bathinda whereby an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC was dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Bathinda, during the interregnum, the main petition being RP-40-2019 stands allowed on merits vide order dated 23.07.2025 and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
