**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 111 dated 23.2.2018 registered at Police Station Gharaunda, Karnal under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 23.3.2018 and he was not named in the FIR nor in the statement made by the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and it is a co-accused who is said to have named him and the main accused are Saurabh and Krishan. State counsel submits that investigation is over and challan has been presented and charge was framed and four witnesses have been examined.

The petitioner was not named in the FIR or by the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing GURPREET SINGH 2018.09.27 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
