After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court, at the first instance. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. However, in case petitioner takes any plea regarding condonation of delay in filing the revision petition before the Court of Sessions, the same may be considered sympathetically.
