It is not in dispute that against the summoning order a revision under Section 397 Cr.PC was maintainable and therefore in the face of a statutory remedy available, invoking of jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.PC is not warranted.

In view of the above,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek alternative remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 10.12.2015.
