Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 452 dated 23.7.2015 under Section 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('Act' for short), registered at Police Station Sector-5, Gurgaon.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.8.2015. Petitioner was not arrested at the spot but is the owner of the vehicle in question. Co-accused of the petitioner Dinesh @ Lala Babu, who was arrested at the spot, was found in possession of 16 kilo and 500 grams of ganja. Co-accused Dinesh @ Lala Babu has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2015.

On a query put by this Court, learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Sajjan Singh, has submitted that petitioner is not involved in any other case under the Act.
