Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to complete the investigation in case FIR No. 6 dated 04.02.2016, registered under Section 12 of the Passport Act, 1967, Section 31 of the Representation of People Act, 1950, 1951 & 1989 and Section 120-B IPC at Police Station Kathu Nangal, Amritsar Rural. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during investigation, petitioner was found innocent and even cancellation report was prepared by the police, but the same has not been submitted before the Court for passing of final order. At any rate, investigation has also not been completed by now. In this regard, petitioner made representation dated 06.02.2018 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Amritsar, which is not decided till date. Notice of motion.
