Mr. HS Gill, Senior Advocate with Mr. RK Dhiman, Advocate, for the petitioners Mr. J.S.Brar, AAG, Punjab, for respondent nos. 1 to 5 Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kabul Singh, Police Station Kot Isah Khan, District Moga has made statement undertaking that the police of Police Station Kot Isah Khan will file final report/cancellation report, whatever may be the situation within two weeks positively before the concerned court.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioners made statement withdrawing the present petition at this stage, however, reserving their right to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court again in case of any such eventuality.
