Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.

As per allegations petitioner armed with a sword is alleged to have inflicted an incised wound on the skull of Narinder Singh as also on the left hand of Ranjit Singh. The injury on the head of Narinder Singh has been opined to be dangerous to life apart from the allegations under the SC/ST Act.

Keeping in view the gravity and nature of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
