After a lapse of more than one year the petitioner is seeking a direction for conducting of an inquiry by an independent agency. In view of the facts of the case, no case for interference is made out. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek his remedy in accordance with provisions of Criminal Procedure Code. Dismissed.
