It being a case of no injury, whereas the allegation against the petitioner is that an attempt was made to obstruct the traffic and over run the police official with a vehicle; he having jointed the investigation, can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed and interim order dated 27.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
