(ORAL) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 18 dated 26.03.2014 registered under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Cod (IPC) at Police Station Ghanaur, District Patiala. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel and carefully gone through the paper-book. Allegations against the petitioner are that he impersonated as Jatinder Singh and statedly executed a forged sale deed of the property of Jatinder Singh aforesaid.

CRM-M-40527-2014 -2presented before the trial Court and charges were framed on 20.01.2015. Petitioner is in custody from 23.08.2014. The matter is triable by the Magistrate and it will take long time in disposal of the case. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
