(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 592 dated 06.12.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. On instructions from ASI Arvind Kumar, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that police is going to file cancellation report within 15 days from today. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

It is, however, made clear that the State shall bound by its undertaking.
