RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking appropriate direction. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioners was not being redressed, they finally approached the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad-respondent no.2 by way of self contained representation, which is claimed to have been received by the office of respondent no.2 on 19.11.2015, but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners, within a reasonable time.

No.M-40424 of 2015 expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Commissioner of Police, Faridabad-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance raised by the petitioners, including the threat perception in their representation Annexure P-2 and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
