The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents. They are stated to be major. Petitioner No.1 in support of her age proof, has placed on record extract of her Matriculation Examination Certificate(Annexure P-1) which depicts her date of birth as 03.07.1995 whereas petitioner No.2 in support of his age proof has laced on record extract of his Birth Certificate (Annexure P-2) which shows his date of birth as 20.02.1993. CRM-M-40428-2015(O&M) -2have already moved a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna for protecting their life and liberty. Copy of the representation is annexed as Annexure P-5.

Without adverting to the merits of the controversy, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna-respondent No.2 to take an appropriate action on the said representation. Since the main case has been decided, the pending Criminal Misc. Application, if any, also stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioners on payment of usual charges.
