Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel contends that he would be satisfied if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, (respondent No.3) be directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in a time-bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib (respondent No.3) to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law, within two months of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
