RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking appropriate direction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached the Director General of Police, Punjab-respondent no.2 by way of self contained representation (Annexure P-2), which was sent by registered post on 10.11.2015, however, the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana-respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

Crl.Misc. No.M-40437 of 2015 expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation (Annexure P-2) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Petitioner is also granted liberty to move an appropriate representation before respondent no.3 supplementing his abovesaid representation Annexure P-2.

With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
