This petition has been filed under Section 167(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. and Section 36(a)(4) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, 'the Act'), for releasing the petitioner on bail in FIR No. 17, dated 11th December, 2020, under Sections 21, 22, 25 and 29 of the Act, registered at Police Station SSOC, Amritsar. 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.
