SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been invoked for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for immediate release of the detenue, namely, Sweta Devi Mishra by appointing a warrant officer. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
