The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that, in fact, the statements of the petitioners as well as mother of petitioner No.2 have been recorded and there is no threat perception to the petitioners as of now. 3.

In light of the statement, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities, in case any fresh threat perception arises and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.
