Today, Mr. Siddharth Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and contends that he has no instructions in the matter.

In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
