**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail allowed to respondents No. 2 and 3 in FIR No. 0086 dated 19.10.2016 registered at Police Station Women Cell, Fatehabad, District Fatehabad under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 323, 307, 34 IPC. Respondent No. 2 is the father-in-law while respondent No. 3 is the mother-in-law of the petitioner. Petitioner is seeking cancellation of bail on the ground that she was receiving threats from respondents No. 2 and 3 and she has been asked to withdraw the FIR.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that a case has been registered also under Section 307 IPC and the accused had tried to throttle her and the Court below has ignored the facts and now the complainant was receiving threats.

Copy of the MLR has not been placed on record. The order dated 7.11.2016 refers to the injuries. There is no injury on the neck. Crl. Misc. No. M-41379 of 2016 -2on the left knee joint with no external mark of injury and both the injuries were declared simple in nature. The trial Court had noted that there was a delay of two months in making the complaint.

The bail cannot be cancelled on the mere asking. The petitioner is stating that she was receiving threats. The petitioner has not disclosed the date, time and the manner in which the threat was extended to her. No ground for cancellation of bail is made out. Petition is dismissed.
